PURPOSE: A fixed point cell for combining a thermometer sheltering tube and an apparatus for estimating a thermometer life by using the same are provided to estimate a thermometer life by comparing a constant temperature of two-phase or three-phase of a metal material with a temperature measured by a thermometer. CONSTITUTION: A fixed point cell for combining a thermometer sheltering tube includes a reference temperature material layer(140) made of a high pure metal presenting a reference temperature on the basis of a phase shift of two-phases or three-phases. A container part having a multiple structure is provided at an inner portion thereof with the reference temperature material layer(140) in such a manner that the reference temperature material layer(140) has a thermal relationship with respect to a thermometer sheltering tub(2100). The thermometer sheltering tub(2100) is inserted into the container part.
