PURPOSE: A reflection type LCD(Liquid Crystal Display), a method for manufacturing the same, and an LCD product comprising the same are provided to solve electrical problem due to the structure of an obliquely deposited alignment layer, while maintaining alignment characteristics of the obliquely deposited alignment layer, and prevent ions or the like from passing through the alignment layer so as to achieve long-term reliability, by sequentially laminating a vertically deposited layer and the obliquely deposited alignment layer over each substrate of the LCD. CONSTITUTION: A pixel electrode substrate(40) is opposed to a transparent electrode substrate(30), and a vertically aligned liquid crystal layer(45) is disposed between the substrates. Vertically deposited layers(33A,43A) and obliquely deposited alignment layers(33B,43B) are sequentially laminated over respective substrates. The vertically deposited layers and the obliquely deposited alignment layers are disposed in a side of each of the pixel electrode substrate and the transparent electrode substrate closer to the vertically aligned liquid crystal layer. Each of the vertically deposited layers is formed in a vertical direction with respect to a substrate surface. Each of the obliquely deposited alignment layers is formed in an oblique direction with respect to the substrate surface.
