PURPOSE: A small roll laminator is provided to easily operate by female workers by generating pressure to a paper tube only by settling a film roll and to minimize laminating defects by tightening automatically a film by a film holding rod. CONSTITUTION: Side walls(1) are formed at lateral sides and composed of an upper film roll holding unit(4a), a lower film roll holding unit(3a), plural moving grooves arranged in the center, and hanging projections(1a). A driving unit installed on the outer surface of the side walls has a driving gear disposed in the rear end and driven by a motor. When the driving gear rotates, a first driven gear engaged with the driving gear and upper and lower pressurizing roller gears engaged with the first driven gear rotate in sequence. And then, the pressurizing roller gear formed at the lower end is engaged rotatively with a second driven gear(24). The second driven gear is rotatively engaged with upper and lower heating roller gears(25). Circular plates facing each other are integrally formed on one side of each gear to prevent the pressurizing roller gears and the heating roller gears from being separated in using. A feed panel has a combining groove formed longitudinally at both sides to join with combining units and a combining groove united with the hanging projections formed on the side walls. A pressure regulating unit(30) installed on the outside of the side wall comprises a first rotary member(31) of which one side slides with one side of a second rotary member; a vertically moving member(35) slidably combined to the upper end of the second rotary member; a lower bracket(36) having plural moving grooves(36b) and placing units(36a) arranged at the upper end; and an upper bracket(37) having a placing unit(37a). The lower and upper brackets are connected by a guide bar having a spring(38). The first rotary member is moved by the moving groove of the side wall to rotate the combining units and accordingly a rotary plate(40) is turned to move a film holding rod.
