PURPOSE: To provide a food garbage disposer for injecting food garbage into an agitation tank, uniformly mixing food garbage by agitation action of screw and auxiliary agitation vane, supplying a sufficient amount of oxygen required for fermentation into the agitation tank and reducing generation of odor such that the disposer is conveniently used. CONSTITUTION: A food garbage disposer with screw functions of rotation and agitation comprises: a housing(32) having a certain size; a supporting plate(30) fixed onto an upper part of the housing; a lower driving motor(13) fixed onto the lower surface of the supporting plate by a bracket(12); a gear part for transmitting rotary driving force to the lower driving motor; and a cylindrical agitation tank(1) installed vertically on the upper surface of the supporting plate, wherein the food garbage disposer additionally comprises a shaft installed along a central line that is in a vertical direction of the agitation tank; auxiliary agitation vanes(5) attached to the shaft; a screw(3) encircled by a pipe(2), the pipe fixed to the shaft through bearings and fixed perpendicularly to the upper surface of an upper plate(31) through a bearing bundle(16); an upper driving motor(14) rotationally driven with being fixed onto the upper surface of the upper plate by a bracket(15); a deodorization member(19) connected to a vent hole(18) formed on the upper surface of the upper plate to purify air by sucking air of the agitation tank; an injection port and a discharge port attached to the front and the back of the outer circumferential surface of the agitation tank; and eaves attached to the inner side of the injection port.
