PURPOSE: A mixer for very-early-strength latex-modified concrete is provided to offer a homogeneous concrete mixture, to reduce the concrete manufacturing time by opening the cement bag and inputting the cement at the same time and so to minimize the amount of a dispersed cement powder, and to improve the input velocity of aggregate. CONSTITUTION: The concrete mixer includes: a mixing container, having an input hole and a discharging hole; and a mixing blade unit(30), mounted on the mixing container, wherein the mixing blade unit(30) comprises: a shaft(31), installed on both lateral walls of the mixing container so as to be rotated; many rubber plates(33a,35a), arranged on the shaft(31) at regular intervals; and a arm(33b,35b), whose one end is fixed to the shaft(31) and whose other end supports the rubber plates(33a,35a).
