摘要

PURPOSE: A washbowl manufacturing method and a bathtub are provided to reduce moisture and prevent mold and bacteria by a moisture proof effect of charcoal and to promote the circulation of blood and metabolism of human bodies by far infrared rays of the charcoal. CONSTITUTION: A washbowl manufacturing method for producing a washbowl having a space for receiving the predetermined amount of water by injecting and solidifying materials in a mold(10,11) is composed of steps for coating the inside of the mold with gel coat(13) at the constant thickness; placing charcoal powders(20) or charcoal pieces on the coated upper surface of the mold; injecting a mixture(30) of a hardening agent, polyester, and an object to be solidified on the upper part of the placed charcoal powders or charcoal pieces; and separating and removing the mold after solidifying the mixture.
