PURPOSE: A dual-band intelligent wireless transceiver for voice and data communication is provided to guarantee security for communication between transceivers belonging to the same group and allow a manager to transmit data to transceivers in the same group in real time and quickly check it. CONSTITUTION: A wireless transceiver(23) has a dual band and discriminates a transmission/reception channel by a digital transceiver part(22) and an analog transceiver part(24). The digital transceiver part(22) adopts a digital communication method of an FSK(Frequency Shift Keying) band and the analog transceiver part(24) adopts a voice communication method of an FM(Frequency Modulation) band. A unit allows inputting/outputting of transmission data and reception data between a central processing unit(26) and the wireless transceiver(23) and handshaking control data therebetween, and also allows voice and data communication. A unit supports the dual band wireless transceiver(23) with one common antenna. The central processing unit(26) automatically generates and stores a group ID for identifying an equipment and a transmission order. When the digital transceiver part(22) receives data, it outputs the data to the central processing unit(26) and data created in the central processing unit(26) is transmitted by way of a duplexer.
