PURPOSE: A tape dispenser is provided to protect the intermediate layer of a dispense tape, to automatically return the separator and the film base respectively into their each winding reel, and to attach a separator for painting a tape on a part of human body, like face or finger nail or on the ornaments for clothes, to the present tape dispenser. CONSTITUTION: The tape dispenser includes: a separator-attaching dispense tape(28), mounted on a case axis and a winding-out reel(35); a case axis(32); a winding-out reel(35); a separator(28a) for the separator-attaching dispense tape(28) to be wound out from the winding-out reel(35); a separator-disconnecting axis(38), leading the winding direction; a dispense head(40); a separator winding-in reel(36), rotated in an engaged manner with the winding-out reel(35) so as to automatically wind the separator(28a) on the reel(36); and a film winding-in reel(37), rotated in an engaged manner with the winding-out reel(35) so as to automatically wind the film, which remains after an intermediate layer is transferred on a dispensed surface(44), on the winding-in reel(37).
