PURPOSE: A rotary finishing panel attaching tool is provided to easily match the horizon with plural finishing panel attaching tools by reducing a radius of rotation by forming hanging sills at each edge of a body and to easily insert and settle an M-bar. CONSTITUTION: In a rotary finishing panel attaching tool(30), a polygonal rotary attaching tool body(32) is composed of an inclined surface(38) of which an upside is wide and a lower side is narrow; an upper polygonal projection unit(34) disposed in the center of the upside of the body and formed with a screw hole(36) to join with a screw shaft(54) of a bracket(50); and a hanging sill(40) formed around the outer edge of the upside of the body to fit and settle an M-bar(110) and prevent the M-bar from being separated.
