An antimicrobial processing method of fibers with natural antimicrobial agents using multi-functional synthesized compounds is provided, thereby inhibiting removal of the natural antimicrobial agents when the fibers are washed with water by covalently binding the natural antimicrobial agents, fibers and multi-functional synthesized compounds together. The antimicrobial processing method of fibers with natural antimicrobial agents using multi-functional synthesized compounds comprises the steps of: dissolving multi-functional synthesized compounds in water and regulating pH of the mixture to 3 to 4 using acetic acid; inserting fibers into the solution and treating them at 90 to 100 deg. C for 1 hour to covalently bond alpha, beta-dibromo acrylamide with amine group of fibers; dissolving gallotannin natural antimicrobial agents in water and regulating pH of the mixture to 10.5 to 11.5 using alkalic materials; and inserting fibers into the solution and treating them at 30 to 40 deg. C for 1 hour to covalently bond the dichlorotriazine with hydroxy group of the gallotannin, wherein the multi-functional synthesized compounds include alpha, beta-dibromo acrylamide, and dichlorotriazine; and the natural antimicrobial agents are obtained from gallnut.
