ANTIFUNGAL AND/OR ANTIMYCOTIC EXTERNAL PREPARATION FOR NAIL

Provided is an antifungal and/or antimycotic external preparation for nail. The preparation has excellent neticonazole permeation into nails and thus displays efficient therapeutic effect on tinea unguium. The antifungal and/or antimycotic external preparation for nail comprises (a) 0.05-30 wt.% of, preferably 0.5-15 wt.% of neticonazole and salt thereof and (b) 0.01-10 wt.%, preferably 0.1-5 wt.% of a basic material. It further comprises 0.1-30 wt.%, preferably 1-15 wt.% of a surfactant, and 0.1-70 wt.%, preferably 1-65 wt.% of an oil component.
