A dynamic allocation method and system for a mobile communication system capable of monitoring a plurality of receive timeslots by an user equipment based on an arbitrarily set receive timeslot. A plurality of transmit timeslots, based on a data communication request, sends packet data to the plurality of receive timeslots.
