The invention relates to a method that enables to send and receive data packets via the mobile node in an IPv6-based mobile network environment optimized to communicate with any terminal of the Internet path. The present invention generates its own temporary address (CoA) to the access network the mobile node is a mobile network prefix in the IPv6 prefix of the access network by the radio wave received to access the mobile Internet to neteuwokeuyi own mobile network.
