In addition to the temperature difference between the two devices to increase the solubility of silica by adjusting the slurry pH to a strong acid or a strong base or by using a silica powder of a fine size can increase the silica coating speed, a silica coating layer by further adding the silica powder in step it is possible to easily increase the thickness.
