The invention method of producing a clay dispersing polyolefin nanocomposite material by reaction extrusion method and relates to a nano-composite material prepared therefrom, and more particularly, organic clay, and the polyolefin resin, maleic anhydride having a molecular weight (Maleic anhydride) and vinyl-oxazoline minutes of organoclay to prepare a nanocomposite material as a functional monomer and two-stage process for reacting extrusion of a radical initiator to prepare a composite material, and the reaction extruding the polyolefin resin of the composite material and the high molecular weight prepared in the (vinyl oxazoline) acid is hence improved, it relates to a nanocomposite material prepared thermal and mechanical properties, a method for producing improved polyolefin nanocomposite material and the clay dispersion therefrom.
