A thermoplastic resin composition which gives a molded article excellent in flexibility, coatability, weatherability, releasability, dimensional accuracy, etc. The thermoplastic resin composition comprises 70 wt.% acrylic-rubber-reinforced resin obtained by polymerizing a vinyl monomer (a2) in the presence of an acrylic rubbery polymer (a1), 10 wt.% diene-rubber-reinforced resin obtained by polymerizing a vinyl monomer (b2) in the presence of a diene-based rubbery polymer (b1), and 20 wt.% vinyl monomer (d2) which comprises an aromatic vinyl compound and a vinyl cyanide compound and has a combined vinyl cyanide content of 33 wt.%. The composition has a total content of the rubbery polymer ingredients (a1) and (b1) of 27 wt.%, a coefficient of linear expansion of 10x10-5 /°C or lower, and a flexural modulus in accordance with ISO178 of 1,000 to 2,200 MPa.
