When peeling from the adherend, the adhesive force (peel strength) of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is not more than four times its initial adhesive strength measured at the initial stage after application, and can be freely applied to the adherend and re-peelable pressure can be re-peeled therefrom. Pressure sensitive adhesive tapes or sheets are described that include a pressure sensitive adhesive or a releasable pressure sensitive adhesive.
