PURPOSE: A data storing method of a multiple input HD(High Definition) monitor is provided to store common data to a single memory and store different data according to modes, respectively, to separate memories, thereby capable of controlling data when changing a mode. CONSTITUTION: A mode control block(110) receives and displays various types of image signals under the control of a microcomputer(10). An NTSC, BS, Video Geo data block(130) stores NTSC BS, Video Geo data. An NTSC, BS, Video color data block(130) stores NTSC BS, Video color data. An audio data block(150) stores data relating to an audio signal. An HD, RGS, YPBRr color data block(160) stores NTSC BS, Video color signal data. An HD, RGS, YPBRr Geo data block(170) stores HD, RGS, YPBRr color signal data. A PC data block(180) stores data relating to a computer output signal. A common data block(120) stores common data among data relating to the blocks. Among data of each input mode, common data are stored to the common data block as single data. When data corresponding each mode differ, data are stored to the data block corresponding to each mode, respectively.
