摘要

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing a nylon film which is improved in the adhesive strength with an adhesive or a printing ink and is excellent in water fastness and heat resistance by using an aziridine curing agent. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of primary coating a coating solution comprising an aqueous urethane resin and an aqueous aziridine curing agent onto an undrawn nylon; and drying, drawing and heat treating the primary coated one, wherein the nylon film is drawn to at least one direction after primary coating. Preferably the coating solution comprises further 0.01-2 parts by weight of SiO2 fine particles. Preferably the aqueous urethane resin has a molecular weight of 10,000-200,000; and the content of the aqueous aziridine curing agent is 0.01-5 parts by weight. Preferably the nylon film is dried by using a IR heater.
