PURPOSE: A carving and modeling tool for teaching children is provided to easily perform a carving and modeling work corresponding learning levels by using paper gruel including stone powders. CONSTITUTION: A carving and modeling tool(10) for teaching children is fabricated by using paper gruel and frames. An outer surface of the carving and modeling tool(10) for teaching children is formed with a finish part(20) and an unfinished part(21). The unfinished part(21) is finished by the children's carving and modeling works. The paper gruel includes stone powders of 5 to 10 percents. A carver(11), a manual(22), and a supporter(12) are included in the carving and modeling tool(10).
