PURPOSE: Provided are an efficient production method of synchronizer ring-core used in a transmission of car and a jig and tool used in jig heat-treatment process using the same method. CONSTITUTION: The production method comprises steps of preparing protruded round ring forms by blanking process of cold rolled steel sheet; forming round-tapered intermediate material by conducting at least one burring, bending and forming process to have a tilt angle required to final product, that is, the synchronizer ring-core; carrying out annealing process of the intermediate material having desired shape; applying carbon nitride H/T of the annealed material to ensure desirable hardness for the synchronizer ring-core; and tempering the material to obtain a stable structure thereof.
