PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a steel composite arch rib using a primary prestressed steel composite arch rib is provided to shorten a period of construction by manufacturing simply and carrying/connecting rapidly when assembling. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method for a steel composite arch rib using a primary prestressed steel composite arch rib comprises the steps of: manufacturing an I-steel according to bending moment occurring on an arch structure; manufacturing an I-arch rib by adding artificial load to give appointed transformation on the I-steel; manufacturing a primary prestressed steel composite arch rib by prestressing using bending moment M1', M2', M3'corresponded to the bending moment M1, M2, M3 occurring on the arch structure to remove uneven stress on the I-steel arch rib; forming a steel composite arch rib(1) by connecting/assembling the primary prestressed steel composite arc ribs; installing a deck plate(2) temporarily using steel composite arch rib lower flange concrete(5) as a support; installing a transfer gusset plate(3) on a web plate(4) of the steel composite arch rib(1); arranging reinforcing bars between the steel composite arch ribs(1); and placing/curing concrete(1a) in the steel composite arch rib(1).
