PURPOSE: An embodying installation method of a prefabrication bridge upper structure using a push-pull and lifting system is provided to considerably reduce a construction period and a construction cost of a large scale bridge. CONSTITUTION: The embodying installation method of a prefabrication bridge upper structure using a push-pull and lifting system for the change or establishment of the bridge upper structure comprises the steps of; installing a lift support, a strand jack and strand jack support as the push-pull system; installing a strand jack fixed plate and upper part bridge guide beam; installing a hydraulic jack, a hydraulic jack support and a skid plate for moving the lift support, and installing a skid rail and base; installing a hydraulic jack and a hydraulic jack support for pushing an upper part bridge segment, installing a support frame device for moving the segment, and installing a sand jack for lowering a height of the upper part bridge.
