PURPOSE: An electronic valve opening and closing device for multi-way control is provided to secure a three-way or five-way vale by using a gear tooth as a first idle gear and a first valve gear to gain a variety of gear ratios and to control the temperature of four cooling chambers connected with four outlet pipes. CONSTITUTION: An electronic valve opening and closing device(200) for multi-way control is composed of a base(110) comprising an inlet port(112) connected with an inlet pipe(191) for flowing in fluid and formed in the center and plural outlet ports coupled with an outlet pipe for discharging the fluid inserted through the inlet pipe and formed radially at both sides of the inlet port; a valve pad(121,122) contacted to both outlet ports to open and close the outlet ports; a valve driving unit for operating the valve pad; a rotation transmitting unit for delivering rotary power from the valve driving unit to the valve pad; and a closing case(170) installed on the upper part of the base to form a closing space for shutting the valve pad, the valve driving unit, and the rotation transmitting unit. The fluid, which is inserted into the inlet port formed in the center of the base, is discharged equally to the opened outlet port disposed on a radiation line.
