PURPOSE: Provided is a concrete mixture composition which employs the waste ceramic ware as a fine aggregate for concrete to recycle the waste material and to reduce the treating cost of the waste material. CONSTITUTION: The concrete mixture composition comprises 5-8 parts by weight of cement; 1.6-3 parts by weight of water; 3.2-5.12 parts by weight of coarse aggregate with a particle size of 13 mm or more; 0.015-0.024 parts by weight of an admixture; 19.3-39.7 parts by weight of pulverized fine aggregate; and 2.64-12.69 parts by weight of waste ceramic ware fine aggregate, wherein the waste ceramic ware fine aggregate has a distribution of particle size comprising 100 % of a particle passing through a 5 mm-sieve, 90-97 % of a particle passing through a 2.5 mm-sieve, 65-76 % of a particle passing through a 1.2 mm-sieve, 30-44 % of a particle passing through a 0.6 mm-sieve, 10-22 % of a particle passing through a 0.3 mm-sieve, and 5-11 % of a particle passing through a 0.15 mm-sieve.
