PURPOSE: A breed-fishing apparatus by attracting shellfish to a fishing reef is provided to allow a shellfish to safely be concealed, to easily supply dried sea tangle to the shellfish, and thus to significantly increase the earnings of fisherman. CONSTITUTION: The breed-fishing apparatus by attracting shellfish to a fishing reef includes a body(10) on which at least one stage of multiple supports(11) is mounted in equal interval, a shellfish inhabitation portion(20) having covers(21) which are provided at an upper end of the support in equal interval and are formed with a long hole(22) at center thereof, and a fixing portion(30) provided at the upper end of the support to fix the covers at the upper end of the support. The covers provide a dark shade for the shellfish. The shellfish is attached to lower portion thereof and thus lives there while eating seaweeds.
