PURPOSE: Provided is a cleaning and sorting device to sort relatively light weight building waste and to clean and remove cement paste that exists in the recycling aggregates. CONSTITUTION: The cleaning and sorting device includes a hopper(11); a water nozzle formed on the lower portion of the hopper(11); a conveyor(20) for separately transferring large sand aggregates and light weight building waste or trash(43); an idle pulley for providing tension to a conveyor be a sand aggregate outlet; a separation plate(33) for separating the light weight trash(43) and sand according to specific gravity; a light weight trash outlet; sand outlets; first and second ultrasonic oscillators(35,36) for crushing sand mixtures; and a third ultrasonic oscillator(37) for washing the light weight trash(43).
