SLIDE-TYPE GAS RANGE HOOD FOR CIRCULATING THE ROOM AIR BY INDUCING THE EXTERNAL AIR AND FORMING AN AIR CURTAIN BY JETTING THE AIR THROUGH AN INJECTION PORT OF A FRONT INJECTION FRAME TO THE FRONT LOWER SIDE OF THE RANGE HOOD
SLIDE-TYPE GAS RANGE HOOD FOR CIRCULATING THE ROOM AIR BY INDUCING THE EXTERNAL AIR AND FORMING AN AIR CURTAIN BY JETTING THE AIR THROUGH AN INJECTION PORT OF A FRONT INJECTION FRAME TO THE FRONT LOWER SIDE OF THE RANGE HOOD
PURPOSE: A slide-type gas range hood is provided to prevent the smell, hot air, and harmful gas generated from kitchen utensils from being discharged into the room by sucking in the smell and heat through an exhaust filter and discharging the heat through a cross-wind prevention exhaust damper. CONSTITUTION: A slide-type gas range hood(20) is composed of a connection slider(30) received or drawn out of a hood housing in the front lower side; a limit switch(26) for detecting that the connection slider received in the hood housing is taken out; an exhaust fan(24) for sucking in smell and hot air of the kitchen through an exhaust filter(25,32) mounted on each bottom side of the connection slider and the hood housing; a cross-wind prevention exhaust damper for discharging the sucked smell and hot air; a supply housing composed of a supply fan(53) installed in a supply chamber(51) and a supply filter(52) arranged on the upside, and installed on the upside of the hood housing to close separately from the hood housing; a front injection frame(40) installed on the front side of the connection slider and formed with an injection port(41) bored downward; and a communicating unit for communicating the front injection frame with the supply chamber of the supply housing to feed the air of the supply chamber into the front injection frame. The communicating unit forms a supply passage(55) of which an upper end communicates with the supply chamber and the lower end has an exhaust through-port(56) by installing a front partition plate(54) in the hood housing in parallel to the front plate and a supply through-passage(35) and an exhaust passage(31) at the upper and lower sides of a middle plate(34), respectively by installing the middle plate on the rear upside of the connection slider in parallel to an upper plate(33). A stop piece(37) protruded at the inner end of the upper plate and caught by the front plate of the hood housing. An infiltration through-port(36) connected with the supply through-port is interposed between the stop piece of the upper plate and an inducing wall body(38) by lifting the inducing wall body higher than the upper plate in the rear side of the middle plate. Jointing pieces(57,39) are arranged on the lower end of the front partition plate forming the supply passage and the upper end of the inducing wall body forming the infiltration through-port. The jointing piece of the inducing wall body is formed on the upper side to cover the jointing piece of the front partition plate from the outside.
