PURPOSE: A construction method for preventing crack and a composite for the construction method are provided to prevent leak continuously for a long time by injecting mortar including isocyanate composite and cement, and to improve the safety of the construction by restricting expansion and shrinkage of the structure against crack from leak. CONSTITUTION: An isocyanate composite(7) is manufactured by mixing diphenylmethane diisocyanate of 100 g, methyl methacrylate of 80 g, diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A of 100 g and ethylene glycol of 150 g. Isocyanate mortar(4) is manufactured by mixing the isocyanate resin composite of 10 g, cement of 50 g, sand of 50 g and water of 10 g. A rectangular groove of 5 cm in depth is cut in the crack portion of the road or the building, and foreign matters are removed completely. Isocyanate mortar is spread and cured on the crack portion of the groove, and the isocyanate resin composite is injected to the crack portion around the cured isocyanate mortar by an injector. Plural 2000 mesh steel nets(10) of 10 to 15 cm are arranged in the groove, and fastened to the groove by pins(9). The construction is finished by charging the isocyanate mortar in the groove.
