PURPOSE: An aluminum wheel barrel grinding machine is provided to increase the productivity of the aluminum wheel, to maintain the grinding uniformity of products, and to improve the safety and the convenience by holding the aluminum wheel and automatically rotating in the grinding tub. CONSTITUTION: A grinding machine(2) is composed of a frame(10) forming the edge of the grinding machine, a lifting unit(40) installed in the upper part of the frame to move up and down by a lifting unit, a holding unit(60) formed in the lifting unit to hold an aluminum wheel, a rotating unit turning the holding unit, a grinding tub(20) storing the grinding stone and water in the frame spaced from the holding unit, and a control unit controlling the operation of the lifting unit and the rotating unit. A position sensor(14) is installed in the frame to control the lifting width of the holding unit by detecting the holding unit. A transfer member(16) is mounted in the frame between the grinding tub and the holding unit to transfer the aluminum wheel, and a safety net(30) is mounted in the grinding tub to prevent the grinding stone from being splashed in grinding.
