PURPOSE: A device for regulating the injection volume of a liquid medicine, like ringer's solution or special injection liquid, etc. to be injected to a patient, is provided to continuously inject the determined volume of the liquid medicine, and to allow the fine and easy regulation of the injection volume just with one hand. CONSTITUTION: The device for regulating the injection volume of a liquid medicine is installed in a hose which is sealed-connected from the lower end of a pack, containing liquid medicine, to an injector, and includes: a fixing member(12), having a liquid medicine inlet, an incoming hole for feeding the liquid medicine to a flowing groove, a discharging hole, a liquid medicine outlet, and a fixing hole for a connecting member (11,16); a disk-type regulating member(15), having a circular-arc-shaped flowing groove, a liquid medicine delivery groove and a fixing hole for a connecting member(11,16); a sealing member for sealing the flowing groove and the discharging hole; a connecting member(11,16); and more than one flowing groove projection.
