PURPOSE: To provide a livestock wastewater treatment apparatus for preferentially comprising dewatering facility compared with a conventional treatment facility to separate livestock excrement into solid and liquid and comprising anoxic tank and filtering facility to treat nitrogen and phosphorus that are eutrophication sources. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for treating livestock wastewater comprises a thickening tank(1) for solid-liquid separating excrement in livestock wastewater into supernatant wastewater and waste sludge; a dewatering facility(2) for separating the waste sludge into solid cake and dewatered filtrate by dewatering the waste sludge produced in the thickening tank using a coagulant; a flow equalization facility(3) into which the supernatant wastewater of the thickening tank, the dewatered filtrate of the dewatering facility and urine in the livestock wastewater flow to equalize water supply load amount and contaminant variation in the livestock wastewater; a denitrification tank(4) connected to the flow equalization facility to remove nitrogen and phosphorus; an aeration tank(5) connected to the denitrification tank to agitate wastewater by injecting oxygen into wastewater; a first settling chamber(6) for transferring the turbid solution to the denitrification tank or the aeration tank by solid-liquid separating wastewater coming from the aeration tank into supernatant wastewater and turbid solution by gravity; a first treated water tank(7) for equalizing contaminant variation by receiving the supernatant wastewater of the first settling chamber; a reaction tank(8) into which ferric chloride is injected to agglomerate impure particles in the colloid state contained in the wastewater passing through the first treated water tank; a neutralization tank(9) for injecting NaOH into the wastewater passing through the reaction tank to increase pH of the wastewater to 7; a coagulation tank(10) for forming floc by adding a coagulant to the wastewater passing through the neutralization tank; a second settling chamber(11) for solid-liquid separating the floc into waste sludge and supernatant wastewater by naturally settling the floc formed in the coagulation tank by gravity, and transferring the waste sludge to the thickening tank; a second treated water tank(12) for equalizing contaminant variation of the supernatant wastewater of the second settling chamber; a filtering facility(13) for adding nitrogen and phosphorus removing agents to the supernatant wastewater passing through the second treated water tank to remove nitrogen and phosphorus and deodorize the supernatant wastewater, and transferring backwashing water produced by performing backwashing in a certain cycle to the thickening tank; a discharge tank(14) for controlling discharge of the supernatant wastewater treated in the filtering facility; and a flow meter(15) for measuring a discharge amount of the supernatant wastewater discharged from the discharge tank.
