DEVICE AND METHOD FOR ONLINE VOICE AUCTION SERVICE USING INTERNET-BASED VOICE CONFERENCE FUNCTION

PURPOSE: A device and a method for an online voice auction service using an Internet-based voice conference function are provided to make users feel more dramatic fun/achievement and include the users to actively join in auction by listening explanation for an auction article and advancing an auction process through voice. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises an auction service client(10), a web server(30), a database server(40), a mixer(50), a mixer load relay(60), and an application mixer(70). To transmit/receive the voice with voice conference service subscribers in real-time, the mixer receives voice data of the subscriber, stores it in a voice input queue, synthesizes the voice data in order inputted to the voice input queue, stores the mixed voice data to a voice output queue, and transmits it to other subscriber. The mixer load relay monitors a network state, a subscriber capacity, and a voice reference group of each mixer, requests the mixer of the small load to generate the new voice reference group, and transfers the requests of the subscriber to the corresponding mixer.
