METHOD FOR RECYCLING SEWAGE SLUDGE AS REFUSE DERIVED FUEL AND MOLDED ARTICLES BY MIXING AND MELTING DEWATERED SEWAGE SLUDGE AND WASTE PLASTIC OR PRESSING MOLTEN MIXTURE

PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing pellet shaped fuel having excellent ignition quality and combustibility by decreasing moisture content of sewage sludge to 10% or less and mixing and melting sewage sludge and waste plastic in a friction type melting mixer or manufacturing molded articles having various shape by pressing the molten mixture of the sewage sludge and waste plastic. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing refuse derived from fuel by using sewage sludge comprises: a process of collecting firstly dewatered sewage sludge; a process of secondly dewatering the sewage sludge by electrolysis; a process of stirring and drying the dewatered sewage sludge; a process of melting the waste plastic while mixing the sewage sludge and the waste plastic after putting the dried sewage sludge and waste plastic crushed and pneumatically separated into a friction type melting mixer; and a process of obtaining pellet shaped granules by spraying water onto a mixture that maintains the gel state while the sewage sludge is fused onto the molten waste plastic, thereby rapidly cooling the mixture. The method for manufacturing molded articles using sewage sludge comprises a process of collecting firstly dewatered sewage sludge; a process of secondly dewatering the sewage sludge by electrolysis; a process of stirring and drying the dewatered sewage sludge; a process of melting the waste plastic while mixing the sewage sludge and the waste plastic after putting the dried sewage sludge and waste plastic crushed and pneumatically separated into a friction type melting mixer; and a process of molding the mixture by putting a mixture that maintains the gel state while the sewage sludge is fused onto the molten waste plastic into a mold of press.
