PURPOSE: An expansion joint structure of a road structure is provided to construct simply by simplifying a structure and using mortar. CONSTITUTION: The expansion joint structure of a road structure comprises the steps of: fitting sealant(3) to a primary interval(A) between one end and the other end of concrete structures(10a,10b) and forming a deflection unit(5) upward not to make upper and lower parts attached, fitting backup materials(1) downward and attaching two contact points toward both structures, spreading pavements(20a,20b) such as asphalt or concrete having a secondary interval(C) on the concrete structures(10a,10b), and spreading a adhesion prevention member(7) on the secondary interval(C), then placing an elastic joint(9) placed with polymer mortar or polymer concrete.
