PURPOSE: A thermotherapy apparatus with a foot acupressure device is provided to maximize an effect of thermo-therapy and facilitate the circulation of blood by enabling a user to selectively use specific devices separately or at the same time. CONSTITUTION: In the thermotherapy apparatus having a plurality of treatment probes driven by a driving device on a mat shaped body, a foot acupressure device(300) is installed to the rear surface of the body. The foot acupressure device comprises a top opened device space(200), a slide shaft(370) installed in a longitudinal direction on the device space, a pair of housings slidably coupled on the slide shaft, a rotatable connection bracket(380), a foot acupressure plate(310) having acupressure bosses and a far-infrared lamp, a protective plate(330) for preventing the feet of a user from falling into the device space, and a spring(321) for pressing the foot acupressure plate against the feet of the user.
