PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for managing a network service of a professional manager and a provider and providing information are provided to cast away prejudices between the persons. CONSTITUTION: A server unit(100) receives and processes information which a purchaser and a user needs through the network(150). A professional manager and provider unit(110) transmits determined information which a professional manager and a provider provides to the server unit. A database unit(120) stores information provided from the purchaser, the professional manager and the provider. A manager unit(130) confirms and corrects the information stored in the database. A mail sending system searches and selects an appropriate provider. A customer estimation system is stored in the database unit(120).
