COST-EFFECTIVE APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING RECYCLED AGGREGATES BY CRUSHING CONSTRUCTION WASTES

PURPOSE: Provided is a cost-effective apparatus and method for producing high quality dust-free recycled aggregates by crushing construction wastes, to reduce the cost of manufacture of aggregates. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for producing recycled aggregates includes a first crusher(30); a first sorting screen(50) for sorting construction waste by particle size; a high-pressure water sprinkler(60) for removing fine sands from the waste prior to the first sorting; a dehydrator(70); a hot wind drier(80) for drying and supplying the waste to a second crusher(90); a second sorting screen(110); a third and a fourth crusher(120,130) for crushing the sorted wastes, respectively; transfer conveyors(120,130) for transferring the crushed wastes to the second sorting screen(110); a third sorting screen(140) for sorting aggregates from sand; transfer conveyors equipped with magnetic drums for removing steel materials; and a cyclone dust collector(160).
