PURPOSE: An apparatus for non-oxidizing heat reserving tundish in continuous casting process is provided which maintains a non-oxidizing atmosphere and prevents drop of temperature inside the tundish preheated to a high temperature by continuously supplying combustion gas of high temperature into the tundish. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises gas burners(10) installed on tundish cover; an injection nozzle(12) arranged on the gas burners with the injection nozzle being directed to the inner side of tundish; an air nozzle(16) arranged in the injection nozzle; and a gas nozzle(18) arranged in the center of the air nozzle to supply combustion air and gas fuel so that gas flame ignited by atmospheric temperature inside the tundish reserves heat inside the tundish in the non-oxidizing state, wherein a mixing chamber(14) is installed inside the injection nozzle, and the mixed gases are emitted into the tundish through the injection nozzle as gases injected from the air nozzle and gas nozzle are being mixed in the mixing chamber so that the mixed gases are ignited to heat the tundish as maintaining an internal pressure of the tundish higher than atmospheric pressure.
