摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a method for individually and absolutely comparing driving of respective chains of sludge collector to sense whether the chains are normal or not more accurately and promptly, properly prevent mechanical minute error from being sensed by the conditions of the chains and detect arrival time, the number of revolutions and rotary speed of idle sprockets more precisely and accurately. CONSTITUTION: A method for sensing separation, skewness and fracture of chains in sludge collector comprises: a reference value setting step(S10) of setting a reference value in a control panel, the reference value corresponding to driving data obtained when idle sprockets are normally driven; a tolerance range setting step(S11) of for setting a tolerance for the driving data of the idle sprockets in the control panel after performing the reference value setting step; an individual actual value detection step(S20) of individually detecting actually measured values for the driving data of the idle sprockets from respective chains after the chains are driven; an individual comparison analysis step(S30) of analyzing the comparison results after comparing the reference set value set in the control panel with actually measured absolute values individually; and a normality judging step(S40) of judging separation, skewness and fracture of the chains individually by the comparative analysis of the reference set value and the actually measured values.
