PURPOSE: A floor structure of a public building for insulating a floor impact sound is provided to block the transfer of noise and vibration to the downstairs through an interlayer slab layer. CONSTITUTION: The floor structure of a public building for insulating a floor impact sound comprises the steps of forming a rigid reinforced structure(12) on a floor concrete slab(11) to segment the upper side of the floor concrete slab, paving lightweight aerated concrete(13) between rigid reinforced structures(12), then placing sound-insulating materials(14) on the upper part and placing a mortar layer(15) on the upper part.
