PURPOSE: A floating spawning device with an improved structure for protecting fish is provided to give a better spawning place for fish, which is height adjustable according to different weather conditions and ecological characteristics of fish. CONSTITUTION: The floating spawning device for protecting fish includes a frame(10) mounted with a planting mat on the top and an artificial water plant(30) at the bottom; two fixers(40) on both ends of the frame(10) to raise the frame(10) to the surface; net sieve(51) for fixing the planting mat through a string or wire; and tubes(60) with a valve(61). A hose(71) is detachably connected to each of the tubes(60) so that air generated by the operation of an air compressor(70) is supplied to the hose. The net sieve(51) is made of resin or metals.
