The drawing method of database coupled report using an outlook method

PURPOSE: A method for making a report linked with a database by an intuitive method is provided to offer an intuitive and easy user interface, and to make the report in the closest format of a report expected by a user. CONSTITUTION: A frame and a data field structure of the report are designed by using a GUI(Graphic User Interface) of a report maker(S102). An SQL(Structured Query Language) sentence is automatically extracted by recognizing the frame and the data field structure of the report(S103). The result data is searched by executing the extracted SQL sentence on a DBMS(DataBase Management System)(S104). A result object is generated and output by combining the result data with the position information of the frame and the data field structure(S105). If the result object satisfies a data searching condition and an object generating condition, a result report is generated from the result objects(S107).
