摘要

PURPOSE: A waterproofing method of a concrete construction by using urea polymer resin and a surface waterproofing structure of the concrete construction are provided to cut down material cost, and to prevent crack transmission by spreading resin with different hardness on a surface of the concrete construction. CONSTITUTION: A surface of a concrete structure(1) is flattened for waterproofing the concrete structure, and adhesive primer is coated on the surface of the concrete structure. A waterproof sheet coated by polymer resin is attached to a primer layer(2), and urea polymer resin is spread on the waterproof sheet. The hardness of the waterproof sheet measured by a shore A hardness tester is 40 to 60, and the hardness of a urea polymer resin layer(4) is more than 90. The primer layer is selected properly according to hardness, humidity and uniformity of the surface of the concrete structure, and the thickness of the primer layer is 0.2 to 0.3 kg/m2.
