ASSEMBLING SIDEWALK BLOCK MADE OF ELASTIC RUBBER MATERIAL AND CONSTRUCTED AROUND A SIDEWALK, STREET, GREENWAY, PLAYGROUND, PARK OR STADIUM FOR ABSORBING IMPACT

PURPOSE: An assembling sidewalk block made of elastic rubber is provided to preserve environment, to cut down manufacturing cost, and to improve appearance by recycling waste polyester fiber from a waste tire and waste rubber. CONSTITUTION: An assembling elastic rubber sidewalk block(1) is composed of an upper color layer(2) and a lower rubber layer(3), and made of rubber chips and waste polyester fiber. Protruded parts(4) are formed in an upper part and a right side of the assembling elastic rubber sidewalk block, and recessed parts(5) are formed in a lower part and a left side of the assembling elastic rubber sidewalk block. An upper color material is manufactured by mixing waste tire rubber chips, pigment and a binder, and a lower colorless material is manufactured by mixing polyester fiber, rubber chips and the binder. The upper and lower materials is pressed integrally at the rate of 1 to 2 to form patterns, protruded parts and recessed parts.
