PURPOSE: A terminal structure of otorhinolaryngology laser beam is provided to heat a contact tip in a simple manner without using a separate heating device, and to maximize the treatment effect of the contact tip. CONSTITUTION: The terminal structure of otorhinolaryngology laser beam comprises a laser semiconductor diode disposed on a distal end(1) of a hollow cylindrical contact tip(20). Under the contact tip is fastened an U-shaped electric heat portion(30), which is made of a conductive material, is centrally formed with a heat sink contact protrusion(31), and formed with contact tip coupling portions(33). Between the heat sink contact protrusion and contact tip coupling portions are formed channels(35) for the penetration of electric wires(34) connected to the body of the irradiating device.
