Oil injection materials for blast furnace by using spent refractories

摘要

PURPOSE: Provided is an oil-based indentation material composition for repairing old bones of blast furnace which is excellent in constructability and abrasion resistance and is eco-friendly and which can reduce costs by recycling waste refractories of Al2O3-SiC-C bricks generated in great quantities in ironworks. CONSTITUTION: The composition predominantly comprises 93-97 wt% of crushed waste refractories based on alumina-silicon carbide-carbon and the rest of soda silicate; and further comprises 5-10 wt%(based on the basic composition) of liquefied phenol resin; and 10-15 wt% of waste lubricating oil for engines of motor vehicles. The crushed waste refractories have a particle size of 3 mm or less. The composition has excellent constructability and thermal strength, and is economical and eco-friendly.
