A guide assembly for Prestressed Concrete Girder to stepping forward using Incremental Launching Method

PURPOSE: A bridge advancing guide assembly of an incremental launching method is provided to promote the convenience on construction and the retrenchment in the required cost and to prevent the accidents caused by advancing a bridge. CONSTITUTION: The bridge advancing guide assembly(60) of an incremental launching method comprises: one or more lower rollers(40) installed on the top of a pier to make a bridge floor slab advance smoothly; a horizontal shaft(42) penetrated the center of the lower roller(40) to rotate the lower roller(40); a support(46) fixed on the top of the pier to make the horizontal shaft(42) pass through both bearing plates(47); a guide plane(48) installed on the bearing plate(47) of the support(46); one or more vertical shafts(50) installed on one end of the guide plane(48); and a side roller(52) guiding the side of the bridge floor slab advancing through the vertical shaft(50) smoothly.
