The method of forming on the picture mother-of-pearl Lacquerware

PURPOSE: Provided is a formation process of lacquer ware inlaid with mother-of-pearl in photo background which applies mother-of-pearl to a photo technique and paints retan PG so that it gives modern feeling for lacquer wares and activate it. CONSTITUTION: The formation process of lacquer ware inlaid with mother-of-pearl in photo background comprises the steps of: (i) magnifying, reducing and modifying photo to print in cloth background, attaching the printed photo background to a timber plate, pasting retan PG on the surface by a brush and drying for 24 hours; (ii) attaching mother-of-pearl finely by retan PG painting as shape and color of the photo background; and (iii) painting retan PG, drying for 24 hours 3-4 times and grinding by sandpaper to give cubic effect.
