摘要

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a microcapsulated latent heat-storage material containing a phase change material and a latent heat-storage material prepared by the method are provided, to improve the degree of sphere, the mechanical properties, the stability and the heat responding property, thereby preventing the phase separation and the overcooling. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of adding 4-30 wt% of 25 vol% reactive surfactant, 4-15 wt% of 20 vol% nonionic surfactant and 4-30 wt% of 25 vol% anionic surfactant into a stirring tank(1) containing water; adding the molten phase change material of a phase change material storage tank(6) into the stirring tank(1) by using a peristaltic pump(7) with uniform flux, and stirring the mixture with a velocity of 5,000-10,000 rpm for 20-40 min by using a homogenizer; coating the phase change material to microcapsulate it; and separating the microcapsulated phase change material. Preferably the phase change material is an inorganic material hydrate or an organic material.
